By accessing or using AI Agent Folio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
AI Agent Folio is a multi-application SaaS platform offering AI-powered tools including academic marking, code assistance, trading analysis, property search, and community features. The Platform is provided for personal and professional use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account grants access to all Platform applications. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Upload malicious content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
- Share account credentials with others
- Use AI tools to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
5. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs (marking results, code suggestions, trade analysis) are provided for informational purposes only. The Platform does not guarantee accuracy and recommends human review of all AI-generated content. AI outputs do not constitute professional financial, legal, or academic advice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of AI Agent Folio. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user. You grant the Platform a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Trial and Payment
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on the upgrade page. All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Agent Folio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
